Description: The Eclipse is the largest professional-level lever harp made by Triplett Harps of California. Features include a stave-back soundbox, tapered spruce and composite soundboard and an extended forepillar that adds strength and beauty to the harp, as well as an ideal surface for adding decorative enhancements.
String tension is medium-high (closer to a pedal harp) and string spacing is standard.
Sound is rich and mellow and harp can be easily set up for amplification by choosing to install the integrated acousti-electric harp pickup.
As with all of our Triplett harp packages, the Eclipse 38 comes with a full set of quality Camac levers, fleece-lined luxury case and carved tuning wrench. An extra string set is optional, but recommended. This is a "harp for life" with a big, rich sound and comfortable staveback design for both adult and youth players. A popular choice for novice or professional who wants a "classical" sounding harp.
