New Harps and Instruments
Another Era Lutherie Warranty
"Another Era Lutherie puts a lot of pride and energy into producing the highest quality work available, and I want to know if there is ever any trouble with my instruments. If problems occur as a result of wear and tear, accident or neglect, or relating to heat or humidity, I will do repairs as quickly and inexpensively as possible. If in the unlikely event problems do occur as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, get the harp to me and I'll take care of it. Period. This goes for as long as I am living and able to do the work--after that you are pretty much on your own".
Craig Pierpont
Dusty Strings Warranty
"All our instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for five years from date of purchase, with the exception of the Ravenna 26 and Ravenna 34 which carry a two-year warranty. If there is a problem that is covered under the warranty, Dusty Strings will either repair or replace the instrument at no charge. Shipping costs to and from Dusty Strings are the responsibility of the owner".
The Harpsicle Harp Co Warranty
"All Harpsicle™ harps are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the instrument to Rees Harps Incorporated, all shipping and insurance being prepaid. This warranty does not cover strings or normal wear. Small cracks in the veneer of the soundboard are expressly noted to be normal wear. The warranty is null and void if the instrument has been tampered with, damaged by accident, neglected, misused, left exposed to either extreme heat or cold, or if the Harpsicle Harp Co tag inside the instrument has been removed. We reserve the sole right to determine neglect. At the direction and sole discretion of Rees Harps Incorporated, certain minor repairs may be directed to be done in place (without shipping) by a local professional when it is determined that the shipping will present unnecessary threat to the instrument.

Any repairs must be performed by Noteworthy Woodworking. No other repair work will be covered.
