Dusty Strings Piano Dulcimer - PD40

The piano dulcimer is a compact 3 & 1/2 octave fully chromatic instrument with a unique tuning scheme. Notes are arranged in semi-tones on either side of a central bridge and have two bridge markers on each course of strings. The white bridge markers indicate natural notes (white keys on a piano) and the black markers indicate sharps and flats (black keys on a piano). 

Auxiliary chromatic bass notes are provided on short bridges to either side of the central bridge. The layout is very similar to a piano and best suits an experienced musician who wants the dulcimer sound and can do their own arranging.
