I understand that I am personally responsible for the payment of any additional cross border costs and any payment issue therein. For Canadians this will include GST/HST and PST/QST (where applicable) plus a CAD$5.00 Canada Post handling fee. For Americans, Indiana residents are subject to State Sales Tax. There are normally no additional duties or taxes in either country.
 
I understand that this order will be shipped and tracked directly by the harpmaker from Indiana USA to keep all pricing and costs to a minimum. Orders are subject to stock availability and each order normally takes 1-5 weeks to ship. Neither the seller, West Coast Harps, nor the harpmaker are responsible for postal delays.
 
I understand that the optional accessories I do not order at this time may not be directly available through West Coast Harps at a later date.
