We specialise in shipping folk harps across Canada, all the way to St. Johns, Newfoundland! Each lever harp arrives safely and economically either to your door (small celtic harps) or to the closest local depot (larger celtic or lever harps). All lever harps and hammered dulcimers arrive fully insured in either double or triple-walled cardboard or in our custom-built aluminum chest.

For Ravenna 26 celtic harps we triple wall the packaging and fill the box with foam peanuts for security in shipping. These harps for sale are too large to travel by Canada Post and hence arrive at a local depot for you to pick up. Boxes should fit easily in most cars, but just in case, the dimensions of the box are included with the quote we email you.

Reinforced cardboard box shipping for larger harps for sale (34 strings or more) to more remote locations in Newfoundland Labrador where we cannot arrange the retrieval of our aluminum chest, we must ship in cardboard. For the Dusty Strings harps of 34 strings or more, we use their shipping boxes with foam inserts and then double-layer all the packing for security of the instrument. Used harps also available from known luthiers. All used harps are inspected and approved for sale by Alison Vardy but carry limited or no warranty.

The Dusty Strings Ravenna 26D Natural is a very attractive small harp with a rich, even voice and generous volume. Well-designed and very affordable, it is built with full attention to detail for the both discerning player or a new harpist. This harp has a wonderfully large and rich voice for its size. The 5-sided staveback soundbox ensures a comfortable fit to the shoulder. Dusty Strings custom Loveland levers on every string enable one to play the full range of keys available on any lever harp. Harp height can be adjusted to suit using the internal extendable leg. Use of the optional leg stand is recommended. A high-quality, padded cordura nylon case is included with the deluxe package.

The Ravenna 26 invites you to thoroughly enjoy exploring a three and a half octave range, esthetically pleasing harp that is also an ideal "Newfie harp". Portability and versatility are a strong point.
